Things to read prior to Reservation
1. Is there mobile signal?
Yes. Globe & Smart has signal. Mobile data is available but not stable.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we allow pets but policies should be followed.
Do we need to have 4x4 car to reach the Villas?
No. All kinds of vehicles can reach the Villas. The road from main road to the villas are mixed of cement and rough road so you just need to be extra careful in driving.
Do you have corkage fee for food?
Yes. We have corkage fee for drinks and liquors however, OUTSIDE FOOD ARE ALLOWED WITH NO CORKAGE FEES.
Do you have Ref & Microwave?
Ref is available on each villa. Unfortunately, due to safety concern, we don't provide microwaves.
Do you have Restaurant where we can order food?
We now have in-house catering. Order starts from 7:00am to 8:00pm.
Will there be trekking before we reach the villas?
None. Parking to the villas are just few steps walk.
Is it PWD & Senior friendly?
Unfortunately. since we are a mountain villas, there will be stairs and uphill so we won’t be able to accommodate our PWD guests who uses wheelchairs. Also our lovely seniors who has a problem using stairs.
Do you give discount for just 2 persons?
Our rate is fixed and regardless your group is less than the minimum number of pax, the rate will still be the same.

Additional pax will be settled upon check-in.

We don’t pencil book. We are “First pay first served” basis. '
For Full refund - cancellation made within 24hrs of booking/payment . (not applicable if you book in less than 7 days before check in date)
50% refund - cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to check in date, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check-in time
NO REFUND for cancellation made less than 7 days before check-in date
Rebooking - allowed 7 days before check-in date.
Rebooking within 3-6 days of check-in date will incur 3000php for rebooking fee.
No Rebooking within 2 days before check-in date.
Incidental Deposit Policy - P2,500.00 will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

This is subject to availability. We can accommodate early check-in if there will be no guests for check-out on the same day. Information about the possibility of early check-in will be available 16hrs before your arrival.

Subject to availability. We will inform you about the possibility of late check-out two hours before your check-out time.
Late Check-out fee - 500php/hr
PETS are allowed inside the Living and bedroom but with Diapers and carriers.
Strictly prohibited on Beds, Sofa and Linens. However, if you wish to sleep beside them, kindly bring their own bed sheets to be put on top of our bed & sofa.
All pets must be wearing diapers all the time.
The guests bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE DIPPING POOL
Pets must be newly bathed or groomed before check-in.
Pet fee = 500php /pet
Please take note of the Swimming pool attire requirements
❌❌NO to: Cotton garments or street clothes of any kind
✅✅ YES to: Spandex, nylon, rayons, board shorts, rashguard
We are very strict about swimming attire so that we can keep our pool in pristine state as possible for your enjoyment and good health.
SMOKING is allowed except inside the cabin. Kindly throw your cigarette butts on the ashtray provided or in the trashcan. A Penalty of 100/butts for cigarette butts found on the grounds.
NOISE LEVEL must be at minimum after 10pm. Our caretakers has the right to inform and warn the guests. We have the right to deny you service from the venue if all these rules were broken.
Please refrain from moving appliances and furnishings from their designated places w/o the management consent.
Any MISSING or DAMAGED items shall be declared and charged to the guests. If you break something, you will pay it in full and you are free to bring home the item/s you break/damaged.
Please help us conserve ENERGY and WATER by switching off all the lights and appliances that are not being used and ensuring all water faucets are turned off properly after each use. Please notify our caretakers for any malfunctions (ie, sinks, faucet, shower, lights, outlets, etc.)
CLAYGO (CLEAN AS YOU GO) Please leave the place the way we endorsed it. Kindly wash all your dishes and throw your garbages in their proper bins.
NO LITTERING. Kindly dispose your garbage properly.
NO SHOES OR OUTSIDE SLIPPERS inside the cabin. We will provide you with indoor slippers to be used only inside the cabin. Kindly Bring your own outdoor slippers.
STRICTLY NO JUMPING ON POOL - Our pool is just a dipping pool measuring 3mx2.5m with 4ft & 2ft depth. It is not a place for diving. We are trying to avoid another accident that happened when one of the guests jumped on it and had a serious injury.
Bringing of electrical appliances such as Electric kettle, Electric Griller, Electric Hotpot is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. This will affect the supply of electricity as these appliances requires higher wattage and may cause overloading. PENALTY OF 2500PHP WILL BE IMPOSED for using these items in the VILLA. We provide charcoal griller, portable stove with samgyupsal plate and shabu shabu hotpot for you to use.
Please declare all liquor and drinks upon check-in. Failure to do so will incur DOUBLE CHARGES:

1L+ = 100php

OUTSIDE FOOD ARE ALLOWED WITH NO CORKAGE FEES
Cigarette Butts - 100php/butts. We provide ashtrays so there's no reason for guests to throw it on the grounds.
Broken Items (glass, mugs, mirrors, vase, etc) - Our staff will inform you how much for these when you break it.
Decorations Damages (Balloons, Banners, etc.) - 100php for every paint chip - Please do not use scotch tape on the wall. you may use masking tape but please be careful not to damage the wall when removing it.
Jumping on Pool - 1500php. Our pool is just a dipping pool. With size of 3mx2.5m with 4ft and 2ft depth. It is not a place for diving or jumping as this may cause injury. Please refrain your kids from jumping and diving.
Segregation of Garbage - to keep our surroundings clean and as mandated by the municipality and DENR, we follow garbage segregation. We provide separate bins for biodegradable and non-biodegradable. PLEASE DO NOT MIX THESE GARBAGE TOGETHER. 500php penalty if garbage are mixed.
WATER CONSUMPTION
We have limited water resources as we are located on top of the mountain & so we ask all our guests to please help us conserve water. An allowance of 200L per guest per night which is usually enough for the whole stay per guests will be provided. Each villa has a water meter located at the back where you can monitor your usage. We hope for your kind consideration and compliance for this regulation. An additional fee of 650php/cubic meter once you consumed all your water allowance and you still need more.
RESPECT FOR CARETAKERS
We have our stay in Staffs, and they are happy to assist you during your stay. They will meet you at the Resort, help you unload, set up the house (stove, grill, mats, games, etc.), set up the bonfire pit, and, otherwise, leave you be. But please note that they are not there to wash your dishes, set up the table for you, make your beds while you’re there or buy things for you outside. If you are unsure about what you can ask them to do, please ask us directly on our page. Allow them to rest from 10 PM to 7AM and, unless absolutely necessary, avoid calling on them after or before those times. TIPS to express your appreciation of their services are most welcome; you may give this directly to them.
If you need a helper during your stay, we can arrange it to you with our caretakers. This will be 500/stay. They can help you wash dishes for you, help preparing your food or clean the cabin before you leave.

*Due to the limited water resources, we will only be allowing one time fill for the Baththub. You may use the Bathtub anytime during your stay but the Jet Pump function will only be available for maximum of 1hr.
